Community & Volunteer Services
Youth who have victimized the person or property of another need to be held accountable for their actions. All youth ages 13-18 where damages or monetary losses can be determined will be considered for the program. Youth involved in this program will earn credit toward their restitution and work a prescribed number of hours at a minimal rate based on the total amount of damage or loss. All work is completed with a public or private, non-profit agency who has agreed to allow the youth to work within their program and to provide supervision. All sites are monitored by the Community Service Coordinator to assure that they are in compliance with Minor Labor Laws and conditions.
