Clerking Department

Judge McKinley serves as Clerk of Court of the Richland County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division.  The Chief Deputy Clerk oversees the clerking department, which consists of approximately nine Deputy Clerks.  Deputy Clerks are responsible for file-stamping, docketing, processing, and scheduling all cases/documents filed with the Court.  The department is also responsible for maintaining accurate court records, record requests, collection of court costs and fines, courtroom recording, and various general office administrative duties.
